• Analytics and performance reporting

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

Game Submission and Publishing

Ownership and Rights

You retain all ownership rights to your game content. By submitting your game to Event Horizon, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to publish, distribute, and market your game on iOS and Android platforms.

Content Requirements

You represent and warrant that your game:

• Is your original work or you have all necessary rights
• Does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights
• Complies with Apple App Store and Google Play Store guidelines
• Does not contain illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Does not violate any applicable laws or regulations

Review Process

We reserve the right to review and reject any game submission that does not meet our quality standards or violates these Terms. We will provide feedback when possible but are not obligated to publish any submitted game.

Revenue Sharing and Payment

Revenue sharing terms are specified in individual publishing agreements. Generally:

• Revenue is calculated after platform fees (Apple/Google)
• Payments are made monthly, subject to minimum thresholds
• Detailed reports are provided through our developer portal
• Payment terms and splits vary based on services provided

Developer Obligations

As a developer using our Services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your game and identity
• Respond promptly to communication regarding your game
• Provide necessary assets, documentation, and support materials
• Address bugs and technical issues in a timely manner
• Comply with app store policies and guidelines
• Not engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices

Intellectual Property

Event Horizon's name, logo, and branding are our intellectual property. You may not use our trademarks without prior written consent. All software, tools, and technology provided by Event Horizon remain our property.

Term and Termination

Publishing agreements continue for specified terms as outlined in individual contracts. Either party may terminate:

• With written notice as specified in the publishing agreement
• Immediately for material breach of these Terms
• Immediately if the game violates platform policies

Upon termination, we will cease publishing your game but may retain data as required by law or for accounting purposes.

Disclaimers and Limitations

Our Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• App store approval or featured placement
• Specific download numbers or revenue amounts
• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• That your game will achieve commercial success

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Event Horizon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Event Horizon harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your game content, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any laws or third-party rights.

Platform Compliance

You acknowledge that your game must comply with Apple App Store and Google Play Store policies. Changes to platform policies may require updates to your game, which you must provide in a timely manner.

Governing Law
